Contact UsWe aim to deliver high-quality SEO and digital marketing services and want our clients to be satisfied with our work. This Policy explains when refunds may be available, how cancellations are handled, and how to submit a request.
SEO is a labour- and time-intensive service involving research, strategy, execution, and ongoing optimisation. Because work begins immediately upon engagement and resources (time, tools, and third-party costs) are committed early, our refund terms differ from those for physical goods.
Onboarding, audit, and initial setup fees cover work completed at the start of an engagement (e.g., technical audits, keyword research, strategy documents) and are non-refundable once that work has been delivered, regardless of subsequent cancellation.
For ongoing monthly SEO retainers:
For fixed-scope, one-time projects (e.g., a single SEO audit or content package):
You may cancel your engagement at any time by providing written notice to [Insert Email]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or project phase, as applicable, and does not entitle you to a refund for work already performed.
To request a refund, email [Insert Email] with your account details, invoice number, and reason for the request. We will review each request individually and respond within [Insert Number, e.g., 7] business days.
Approved refunds are processed within [Insert Number, e.g., 10–14] business days and issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date and will apply to engagements entered into after that date.
This Refund Policy is a general template. Notice periods, refund windows, and processing timelines should be adjusted to match your actual service agreements, and the full document should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publication.
